Connect it in a minute
Every assistant uses the same address. You sign in to Docentra from the assistant and choose the company, so nobody copies a password or a key.
The address

- Customize › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste the address and sign in. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it once under Organization settings › Connectors, and each person then clicks Connect.
- ChatGPT
- Settings › Apps & Connectors › Create, with developer mode turned on under Advanced settings. Paste the address and sign in. On Business and Enterprise plans, an admin may have to allow custom connectors first.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- In your agent, Tools › Add a tool › Model Context Protocol. Paste the address and choose OAuth 2.0 with Dynamic discovery.
- Cursor
- One click adds Docentra. Cursor then asks you to sign in.Add to Cursor

- Claude Code

- An agent that runs by itself gets a key, which an owner or admin creates under Settings › AI assistants. It sends the key with every request to the same address, in the header Authorization: Bearer followed by the key.

What it can and can’t do
An assistant you signed in from works for you, and only reads.
Reads what you see
It reads the company you chose, as you see it, for as long as you are a member. Someone who sees only some stores can’t connect an assistant.
Changes nothing
It can’t close a finding, approve a step or change an agreement, and it never writes to a supplier.
Yours to disconnect
Disconnect it under Settings › AI assistants. Owners and admins see every connection, and get an email when a new one is made.
Supplier text is only text
Wording from invoices and agreements is passed on as information about the document. Your assistant is told never to take it as instructions.
Keys for agents
A key reads the whole company until it is removed. An owner or admin can also let it send documents in, comment on findings and propose closing one, which finance then approves.
Every connection is logged
Connecting or disconnecting an assistant, and creating or removing a key, are logged with who did it.
