Connect Penneo
You sign in to Penneo. Docentra reads the agreements you have sent for signature, once everyone has signed.
Who does it: You, in a couple of minutes. Sign in as the person who sends your agreements for signature.
Steps
Choose Penneo in Docentra
In Docentra, open Settings › Where your agreements are and choose Connect next to Penneo.
Sign in to Penneo
Sign in as you usually do: with user name and password, MitID or your work account.
Docentra reads what is signed
Docentra reads every case file sent from your sign-in, as soon as everyone has signed. It looks for new case files every hour.
What the access allows
Docentra reads the signed documents of the case files you have sent. That can include more than supplier agreements, such as employment contracts, if you send those too.
Docentra only reads. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in Penneo.
Removing access
In Docentra: open Settings › Where your agreements are and choose Disconnect.
If something goes wrong
- “Connecting was cancelled”
- You cancelled, or closed the page before you were done. Choose Connect again.
- Nothing is read
- Docentra reads only case files sent by the person who connected Penneo, and only once everyone has signed. Connect as the person who sends your agreements for signature.
